Customers will submit their claims or complaints by our website www.kxsupportline.com which must include the date of the claim and the reason or situation that generates it.
KX SUPPORT LINE, will verify the origin of the claim, through an analysis and investigation of the circumstances of the same. KX SUPPORT LINE may request additional information or documentation from the client, if relevant to resolve the claim.
Whatever the result of the analysis, the company will respond in writing to the customer with in a maximum period of 30 days after receiving the claim.
